The Chief Field and Operations Director (CFOD) will oversee Grad Resources field and office operations in cooperation with the Executive Director and Leadership Team, so as to ensure the achievement of corporate goals. The CFOD will report to the Executive Director who reports to the Board of Directors. All other positions in the organization will report directly or indirectly to the CFOD.

He/she will facilitate and provide leadership in the development of corporate policy, strategic planning and overall organizational objectives In partnership with the Executive Director, the CFOD will prioritize key goals and objectives for the organization. He/she will take primary responsibility for assuring implementation of strategic initiatives approved by the Board of Directors. As such, the CFOD will act as the organization-wide accountability partner and chief facilitator of key deliverables for Grad Resources, working in close cooperation with direct reports, campus administrators, faculty sponsors and grad student leaders across the country.

The CFOD will assure that all Grad Resources ministry and financial objectives are achieved through replicable, yet creative processes. Developing and deploying field teams of coaches and relationship managers to stabilize, strengthen, mentor and manage on-campus leadership resources will be a key objective for the new CFOD and his/her team of direct reports. In addition, the CFOD will refine and further develop the shared services platform in support of all the campus operations with a tool-kit of resources needed for field operations and succession planning to flourish. Standardization of marketing, event planning and overall service offerings must be more fully developed for long-term sustainability without eliminating the ability to selectively provide customization appropriate to each academic setting. He/she will provide mentoring, leadership and management accountability to develop and select and guide a national team of coaches that effectively manage campus operations so that Grad Resource's goals and objectives are met through Godly stewardship of resources.
